This extremely rare antique quad 3 1/4 x 2 1/2 reducing back is for producing four 3 1/4 x 2 1/2 images on one 5x7 negative. There is no maker's name on it and we are not sure which camera it was designed for use on. The outer measurements for the side that attaches to a camera are 8 3/8 x 8 3/8'' and there is 7 1/8'' in between its mounting pins. The part that connects to the camera is 1/2'' thick. There are a few light scuff marks and a few areas on discoloration on its exterior. All movements are smooth.
