Returns Policy
If you are located in the USA, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll may also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within ten days of the tracking number showing a "Delivered" scan. Only packages with a delivery scan at our warehouse are eligible for a refund. In many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. The time it takes for you receive a refund back to your form of payment depends on your bank, but is typically 5 to 10 business days.
Freight-Forwarded items shall NOT be accepted for return under any circumstances. For the purposes of this policy, a freight forwarder is a person or a company who receives and organizes shipments for you (the buyer) and is located in the USA. The freight-forwarder then re-ships your item to you in your country of origin. You are free to use these services, however, you will not be able to return you item for any reason. We have seen too many cases of damage by these entities. We detect freight forwarders by using your address to determine if it is a warehouse or business that engages in the forwarding of packages.

Shipping Policy
At this time, we are shipping from this store only to addresses in the Continental USA.
We typically ship next business day. High dollar orders may experience a delay up to 48 hours as we check for possible fraud.
