This vintage Aires Camera Tokyo Tele-Attachment 8cm telephoto adapter has a 42mm thread. There is minor finish loss and a couple of scuffs and scratches on its exterior and what looks like cleaning marks on an interior element. It is free of any haze, fungus, or separation to its elements.
