This very rare antique Eastman Kodak No. 1 string set box camera circa 1888 is very similar to the original model made by Frank Brownell for Eastman Co. There are a few scuffs, scratches, and wear marks on its exterior. Its shutter cocks and fires properly. There is a light haze inside of the lens, but it is free of any fungus or separation. There is a small chip out of the rear left corner of the film magazine. Please see the photos.
