The 'Lloyd' are the variety of box and folding film cameras made by Hüttig between 1904 and 1909. This particular camera is from around 1905-6 and was designed for 8.3 x 10.8 cm exposures on rollfilm or 9 x 12 cm plates. It is likely a model 564.
Its exterior is covered by grained leather and the single-extension bellows are a very dark red, nearly purple, and light-tight. It has a brilliant finder and the front standard has horizontal and vertical movements.
The shutter is an automatic Bausch and Lomb with I, B, T, 25, 50, and 100 positions. The lens is an Emil Busch R.O.J.A. Aplanat with 6 cm of focal length and a maximum aperture of 6. There are a couple of light scuffs and wear marks on its exterior and a few dust particles inside of the lens.
