We cannot be certain of the maker of this beautiful antique French-made 13x18cm plate camera with a renowned E. Suter Basel Aplanat 190mm (approximate) brass lens. Its number is worn off, but it looks to be a No.3. The camera only has a reseller plaque that reads F.Stainier Namur. There are a couple of light scuffs on the exterior of the camera, but nothing major. Its bellows are light tight. The lens has a few light cleaning marks and a few dust particles inside of it. It is free of any fungus, haze, or separation to its elements.
