This vintage D-mount Elgeet Auto-Ex automatic exposure 13mm f/1.9 pre-focus cine lens comes in its original box and case with instructions. Its meter works! But, something is preventing the needle from moving beyond the 1st quarter of the dial. There are a couple of light scuffs and scratches on its exterior. Its glass is clean and clear.
