This Schneider-Kreuznach Componon 105mm f/5.6 darkroom enlarger/enlarging lens has a 32mm rear thread and it comes with its retaining ring. There are a couple of light scuff marks on the exterior of the barrel and there is haze inside of it. Its aperture adjustment is very smooth and its glass is free of any fungus or separation to its elements.
