This antique brass Rapid Aplanat No. 1 4 3/4" (120mm) f/8 barrel lens has a 37mm mount. There is a name and information on its side, but I can not decipher it. There are a few scuffs and scratches on the exterior of the barrel. Its hood has a few dents in it. Its aperture adjustment is stuck and there are a couple of marks on the rear elements glass.
