This Leica 14198 macro adapter R is for use with the Leica 60mm f/2.8 Macro-Elmarit R 2 cam lens. There are a couple of light scuffs on its exterior, but nothing major. Its lens release knob has broken off. It can easily be moved with a fingernail or a small hard object. Its aperture adjustment is smooth. Please see photos.
