Leica 14198 Macro Adapter R for 60mm f/2.8 Macro-Elmarit R 2 Cam Lens V24

This Leica 14198 macro adapter R is for use with the Leica 60mm f/2.8 Macro-Elmarit R 2 cam lens. There are a couple of scuffs and light discoloration on its exterior and on its mount. Its aperture adjustment is smooth. Please see photos.
