This vintage Leica Leitz Telyt 200mm f/4 prime manual focus telephoto lens for Visoflex comes with its OUBIO adapter and both caps. There are a couple of light scuffs on the exterior of the barrel and there is a light blotchy haze inside of it. Its focus and aperture adjustments are both smooth and its glass is free of any fungus or separation to its elements.
