This near-mint condition Leica 11249 R 1.4X APO-Extender-R Teleconverter is for use with Leica R 250mm f/2.8 and R 400mm f/2.8 lenses. It comes with both caps. The only thing holding it back from being mint are a couple of light scuffs on its exterior. Its glass is exceptional with no fungus, haze, or separation to its elements.
