This vintage M42 screw mount Soviet-made manual focus MTO-500 3M-5A 500mm f/8 telephoto mirror reflex lens comes in its original case with pictured filters. There are a couple of scuffs on the exterior of the barrel, but nothing major. Its focus is very smooth and its glass is free of any fungus, haze, or separation to its elements.
