This vintage Polaroid model 119A SX-70 camera Tele 1.5 snap-on telephoto lens attachment comes in its original case. These are all new and unused, but they have developed a heavy blotchy haze inside of them due to being in storage for the past 20 years. The haze WILL effect contrast in the final image.
