This vintage Canon FD mount Formula 5 Macro 60-150mm f/4 manual focus telephoto lens comes with both of its caps. There are a couple of light scuffs on the barrel's exterior. Its zoom, focus, and aperture adjustments are all smooth. There is a very light haze inside of it, but it is free of any fungus or separation to its elements. There is no oil on its aperture blades.
