This Neumade Synchromaster Model 162LF cine film synchronizer and measuring machine has been tested. It has some scuffing, scratching, and finish loss on its exterior. The wheels turn, but it seems like they should turn more smoothly. Most likely they just need to be lubricated. This device has a US Navy plate on it!
