Kodak Retina I Type 119 35mm Folding Film Camera with Xenar 5cm f/3.5 V14

This Kodak Retina I Type 119 35mm film camera has a Schneider Xenar 5cm (50mm) f/3.5 lens. There is finish loss on its exterior and its black wrap is fading. The time and bulb settings do not function properly, but all other speeds sound correct. There is haze inside of the lens, but it is free of any fungus or separation to its elements.
