This antique French magic lantern slide set titled Le Peintre ET LE Singe by Vues Amusantes De A. Vallet consists of 12 glass slides, including a title slide. We do not know if this is a complete set. The glass slides are roughly 4 x 3 1/4'' and made by attaching artwork on rice paper to the glass slide with tape. The tape has lost its stickiness on a few slides and is coming off. The title slide is chipped and cracked.
