Dexter Mat Cutter for Foam or Mat Board in Original Box V13

This Dexter Mat cutter is for cutting mat board and foam board. It comes in its original box. Its box has scuffing and staining on it (please see photos). There are a couple of light scuff marks on its exterior, but nothing major.
