This very rare vintage Nagel Dr. August Ranca 46/0 (entire lens focus version) 127-roll film camera has a Nagel-Anastigmat lens. We don't know the focal length or f-stop because the text on it is very hard to read. It comes in its original case. There are a couple of scuffs on its exterior. Its shutter hangs open at all speeds. Please see photos.
