Spiratone No 111 Eye Level Viewfinder Magnifier Attachment 18mm Screw Mount V20

This vintage Spiratone No. 111 eye-level viewfinder magnifier attachment has an 18mm screw mount and it comes in its original case. There is a light spotty haze and a tiny bit of fungus inside of it. Please see photos.
