This Vivitar 283 flash filter holder/adapter comes with a LK-1 variable angle lens kit and an FK-1 filter kit. The holder has a couple of very light scuff marks on it. Both filter set cases have sticky pages from being in storage for so long. The filter are not sticky and appear to be unused. Both sets are complete. Filter set instructions are included.
