This all-metal Kodak Master View 8x10'' large format camera is one of the rarest production field cameras out there. By contrast, the Deardorff 8x10 is MUCH more common. It comes with its original 8x10 spring back and ground glass. There are two modifications, both of which you will love: 1) Brand new light-tight red bellows, and 2) A Sinar front standard. This Sinar front can be easily removed to allow standard Master View lens boards to be used, but they are a lot less common than Sinar type boards, are less flexible, and are much more expensive. The Sinar front lets you use the 5 1/2 x 5 1/2 Sinar lens boards which are easier to find and cheaper. There are a couple of light scuff marks on its exterior. One of the top handle brackets is missing. The handle is secured with a screw and is functional. Still, it's a 14lb camera, so I wouldn't rely on a handle.
Please study the pictures carefully. All movements are smooth and they lock tightly in place. The Sinar front needs to be removed in order to fold the camera into its closed position.
