This vintage 1954 press photo by photographer Francis DiGennaro is 10x8". The stamp indicates the photo was taken for the 1954 Rodeo hosted by the Maryland Motor Truck Association (MMTA). These "Truck Rodeos," now known as the National Truck Driving Championships, were (and are) large-scale safety competitions where professional drivers demonstrate their skills in obstacle courses and vehicle inspections.
