A police officer examines the wreckage where the bodies of Robert Buice, 20, and Charles Rampy, 17, of Waco, Texas, remained inside their demolished automobile. According to the original AP caption, one victim's arm was found protectively wrapped around the other at the time of the crash. The photograph is mounted on black archival paper with the original AP caption attached separately below the image. Overall size is approximately 8 × 6 inches.
