Antique mammoth stereoview photograph depicting the Soldiers Monument in Worcester, Massachusetts, designed by noted American sculptor Randolph Rogers and dedicated in 1874.

The monument commemorates Civil War dead and features a standing Union soldier atop a tall granite pedestal. Visible inscription reads "FOR THEIR COUNTRY DIED." Excellent period detail with children and pedestrians visible near the monument.

Large mammoth-format stereoview measuring approximately 7 x 4 inches. Orange mount with rounded corners, dating circa 1875-1885.

Reverse bears retailer stamp for A. Clifford of Clinton, Massachusetts.
