Universal Camera Corp. Univex Twin Flex twin-lens reflex camera from 1939. Made in the USA with a molded plastic body and distinctive striped viewing hood. Uses No. 00 roll film to produce 1⅛ x 1½-inch exposures. Includes its film spool. The exterior has a couple of scuff marks, and the metal retaining clips show light discoloration. The shutter operates properly on both settings. The taking lens has light internal haze but is free of fungus and separation. The waist-level viewfinder contains haze, dust and debris, resulting in a dark image, but it remains usable for viewing and framing. An unusual compact American TLR with distinctive styling, suitable for a vintage camera collection or display. Please examine photos carefully for cosmetic condition, lens clarity, viewfinder condition and the included spool.
