According to the caption printed directly on the photograph, one policeman is shown hustling a man from the scene, another picket bleeds from the forehead, and a policeman escorts a striker to a patrol wagon. The confrontation occurred after police banned mass picketing. Measures approximately 8⅝x6⅛ inches. AP stamp on the back.
