Original 1947 AP wire photo showing fourteen-year-old Ralph Duchacek leaving district court in Framingham, Massachusetts, after his arraignment in the strangling death of forty-year-old Dorothy Swenson. Duchacek was accused of pulling a laundry bag over Swenson's head and tightening its cord around her neck. The caption is separate and taped along the bottom of the photograph, extending beyond its side. Overall size measures approximately 6¼" × 8".
