Ben Moreell of Jones and Laughlin, Tom M. Girdler of Republic Steel, and Wilfred Sykes of Inland Steel, among others. Tape remains at the corners, including over part of the lower caption. The print and caption are light and warm-toned, with surface scuffs, corner wear, and discoloration. The caption is faint but largely legible. Measures approximately 9¼ x 6½ inches.
