Florek was fined twenty-five dollars by a court-martial in Rome after being convicted of disorderly conduct. He was found innocent of insulting the Russian flag, and the court made no mention of an allegation that he mishandled the Yugoslav flag inside a Belgrade bar. The caption is printed directly on the photo, with a light partial AP stamp on the back. Measures approximately 3½ by 8⅜ inches.
