Scalloped brass mat has extensive dark spotting and blue-green corrosion around the opening, with bent edges. Gold-tone preserver has embossed leafy scrolls. Image has scattered spots, scuffs and fine scratches. Not sealed. Full wood/composite case has matching embossed covers depicting a woman in flowing dress among flowers and butterflies, framed by ornate leafy scrollwork. Red velvet pillow has a pressed floral stem within elaborate scrolls and tasseled ornament, with worn patches. Both latches are present. Case has rubbing, edge chips and spine wear.
