The caption is headed "With A Smile" and carries a September 17 release date. Close portrait clearly shows his glasses and the cap's embroidered visor and nautical insignia. Measures 6½X9" overall, with the caption printed directly on the photo. Tape remains on all four corners, with yellowing and discoloration. Two conspicuous areas of emulsion loss flank his cheeks, including damage across the cheek on the viewer's right, appearing consistent with tape removal.
